Hosting

What leaves the hosting region

Hosting the database in one place does not keep every byte there. These services receive data when you use the features that need them:

• AI drafting (Anthropic, United States): every AI draft sends its prompt, which can include your brand voice examples, product names and descriptions, and your goal.
• Email delivery: the recipient, subject and body of every account and notification email go to our email delivery provider.
• Error reporting, when enabled: technical error details and request metadata, never your passwords or access tokens.
• Performance tracing, when enabled: timing data about requests.
• Social platforms and stores you connect: what you publish goes to that platform, and product data is read from your store, wherever they host it.

Salla and Zid stores

• We read your store's name, domain and owner email, and each product's name, description, price, images and page address.
• Store access tokens are encrypted at rest and never written to logs.
• Uninstalling the app or disconnecting the store deletes its tokens and stops drafting right away.
• Drafts, product images and links already created stay in your workspace until you delete them. Nothing from a store is published until a person approves it.

Tracked link clicks

A click on a Marktower short link is stored as a count with the time, a referrer category and, where available, a country. We do not store the visitor's IP address or browser details.

Collaborator permits

Permit records (name, handles, permit number and expiry) are kept for reminders only. We do not check them with any regulator.

Keeping and deleting

• Your workspace data stays until you delete it or close your account.
• Listening keeps public post text for 90 days, then removes it and the author handle. Counts and sentiment totals stay.
• Workspace owners can export their data from Settings at any time.
• Deleting your account removes your workspace data. The data deletion page explains how.
